To comply with social distancing guidelines, we will only be offering private bookings. Click the “Promo Codes” tab above to take advantage of special limited time pricing. If you previously booked a Public Adventure, it has been upgraded to Private, free of charge!

For the safety of our guests and employees, Walk-ins will not be allowed until further notice. Please make an appointment online and call upon arrival.

Complete your waivers online, and call when you arrive! We’ll check each guest’s temperature at the door with a no-touch thermometer and escort you to a private waiting area if other guests are arriving soon. If you arrive early for your reservation please remain in your car until 15 minutes before your scheduled start time.

If any of your party members are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms, are considered high risk, or may have been exposed to COVID-19, please contact us for a complimentary reschedule. Guests with a fever will not be allowed to enter.

We will sanitize every prop and surface area before and after each adventure. In addition, guests will start and end their visit at a convenient hand-washing station! Guests are encouraged to bring and wear face masks and a fresh pair of disposable gloves.
Please Note
- All bookings are non-refundable. Reschedules may be granted with proper notice.
- Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Please plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance of the booking time as no refunds or reschedules will be granted for late arrivals.
- Vouchers and promo codes cannot be combined. Making separate bookings to combine discounts may result in cancellation.
- No one may participate in an adventure without first signing a waiver.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. If you do not abide by our rules, you will be asked to leave.
- Please contact us before purchasing any coupons, vouchers, or third-party gift cards to confirm authenticity!
